The success of design sensitive projects, critical path schedules, and team member responsibilities is dependent on real time communication. All of our project sites are outfitted with facsimile machines, portable computers and email, and scanners/printers are made available to field staff on an as-need basis. All of this is to make sure you are always aware of the status of your projects.
Spectrum, Inc. also focuses on personal customer care. We host weekly Owner/Architect/Client (OAC) meetings to answer our clients’ questions and explain any complex ideas. These meetings are scheduled at a prearranged time and held in a business setting. Spectrum provides an established agenda, meeting minutes, schedules, submittals/RFIs/CPO logs and the “Hot List” along with any other documentation required by the project.
